Disney bought out Marvel?!

To think a kids (and family) company would buy out a near dead (teen to adult orientated) company!

This is probably old news by now (I heard about this yesterday. I still find a lot of people can't wrap their head around it (including me). Nonetheless, I don't know whether to be happy or worried.I know that Marvel hasn't come out with any big stories lately (or good ones) but what will Disney exactly do to this company? Will everything be all puppy's and blue sky? Or will Disney just shovel money in its general direction.

What are your thoughts?
